Our Courses:

Rock Climbing Taster
Do you or a group of friends want to have your first taste of outdoor rock climbing?
Suitable for complete beginners and available from a half a day to a whole weekend experience.

Intro to Bouldering
A pair of shoes, a bag of chalk and a bouldering mat are all that are required to enjoy the experience of moving over real rock while bouldering.
This one day course is suitable for anyone wanting to learn the skills of bouldering outdoors in a safe and enjoyable way.
You bring the enthusiasm we will bring the kit!

Introduction to Climbing
This course teaches the basic skills that make you a competent climber. Covering how to tie in to a harness, how to belay and abseil, we also teach the fundamentals of climbing movement and technique. You’ll spend the whole day climbing!
Suitable for complete beginners and equipment can be provided.

Intermediate Rock Climbing
Perhaps all you want is to climb some great routes on fantastic rock and learn how to be an efficient and confident climber.
Suitable for those with some experience of climbing indoors or outdoors. We cover good rope work, how to hold a fall on belay, building anchors and how to be an effective second on a route.

Learn to Lead climb indoors
You’ve done top rope climbing indoors and want to learn the skills to lead climb. The course will include:
– climbing techniques for leading
– safety
– reactive and dynamic belaying
– clipping and un-clipping a rope to a quickdraw
– what happens if you fall
Available as an evening or half day session.
